Shipping & Returns

We generally ship our packages with the United States Post Office via Priority Mail Service. This service generally take 2 to 3 business days for shipping to occur. We are not responsible or liable for lost or delayed packages. Packages are generally shipped on Tuesdays during normal business hours (10AM to 5PM central time). Items that are paid for with personal checks, money orders, or pending paypal payments may not be shipped for up to 10 business days while the payment is cleared. Pending is defined as a payment that occurs when funds are required to be held for a predetermined amount of time by paypal.com. Returns are accepted only if the product you receive is dead on arrival AND the returned item bears our security sticker and has not been tampered with or removed. Our security stickers are silver stickers which, when tampered with or removed, leave the words VOID on the item. These stickers are normally placed directly on the top surface of the CD, disc or other media. They may be placed in one or more locations on any item that is purchased. Customers who wish to return an item that was Dead On Arrival must initiate, via email or telephone, the return within 7 days of purchasing the item initially. All of our items have been tested and are guaranteed to work upon receipt. .
